Exelixis, 1701 Harbor Bay Parkway

Elevated successfully completed extensive renovations to an existing 59,000 s.f. building, which serves as labs and offices for the cancer drug developer, Exelixis. The renovation included the integration of a new steel structure to support the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services, as the existing roof framing was insufficient for these needs. Additionally, the team provided several other upgrades, including fences and a roof screen. These enhancements have improved the functionality and safety of the building, allowing Exelixis to continue their critical work in the fight against cancer.
