Elevated provided rough carpentry services for a new, state-of the art, 240-bed Navigation Center that serves the homeless or at-risk residents of the County of San Mateo. Elevated supplied and installed Ceraclad siding at the dining hall, community building, and two three-story, stand-alone elevator towers. They supplied and installed 13,600 s.f. of Dasso decking throughout three multi story buildings and installed exterior aluminum flashing at each unit’s adjoining walls. In addition, Elevated provided roof curb framing at the dining hall and community buildings and completed millwork and cabinet installation for over 160 units. The project also included wood cladding for a smoking shelter and Elevated furnished and installed shade sails throughout the campus.
